1404 Family Center

I am privileged to be a part of an amazing group practice and nonprofit, 1404 Family Center. 1404 Family Center is a virtual mental health & wellness organization committed to breaking cycles of intergenerational trauma through an anti-oppressive, relationship-oriented, community-care approach.

1404 Family Center offers trauma-informed, decolonized mental health and wellness counseling, coaching, consultation, and community support to folks and organizations who identify as and/or serve communities of the global majority (Black, Indigenous, People of the Color) and their allies.

We’re a collective of Licensed and Associate Level Clinical Social Workers with diverse lived experiences and education who are actively committed to the dismantling of oppressive systems of mental health and wellness.

Our work is rooted in social and racial justice, antiracism, and intergenerational healing.
