About Me
I am a Black biracial licensed clinical social worker passionate about breaking the stigma of mental health in our communities. I provide a culturally affirming space for BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color) and other folks to explore, unpack, and work through life's hardships in a way that addresses the impact on our bodies, minds, communities, and spirits. I offer a trauma-informed, identity and neurodivergent-affirming space for folks who haven't always felt comfortable in traditional therapy settings.
I am passionate about breaking the stigma of mental health in our communities. My person-centered approach provides space for clients to bring their whole selves to therapy. No judgment, no code-switching.
It's possible to find a therapist who takes a holistic approach to reach your goals while also offering an affirming space that acknowledges the systemic factors that impact our mental health. I invite you to come as you are and if you feel like it's a good fit, I'd love to be a part of your journey.

Hey, I’m Christine (She/they).
“The body, not the thinking brain, is where we experience most of our pain, pleasure, and joy, and where we process most of what happens to us. It is also where we do most of our healing, including our emotional and psychological healing. And it is where we experience resilience and a sense of flow.”
